use/safety (including open carry), non-violent dispute resolution, safe storage,
and more. This can be done fully online.

LTC Shooting Portion

This focused session fulfills the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) handgun
proficiency demonstration requirement for License to Carry (LTC) applicants who
have completed an approved online classroom course and received their LTC-104

certificate. It features a brief safety/fundamentals review plus the official 50-round live-
fire test on a B-27 silhouette target. No extended classroom — just practical coaching

and qualification for the course
